HR Advisor - Short-Term Contract (2-3 Months)

Location: West Hull (Tech Firm)
 Salary: Equivalent to £30,000 per annum
 Hours: Monday to Friday Full Time or Part Time applicants considered

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a short-term opportunity to make an impact? Our dynamic tech business in West Hull is seeking an HR Advisor to join the team for 2-3 months, providing essential support during a busy period of projects and holiday cover.

This is a fantastic chance to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your expertise will help managers navigate key employee relations matters and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Employee Relations Support: Advise and guide managers through disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and performance management.
Absence Management: Conduct back-to-work interviews and support managers with sickness and attendance issues.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently and in line with employment legislation.
Project Support: Assist with ongoing HR projects and contribute to process improvements.
General HR Administration: Maintain accurate records and provide timely HR documentation.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally with strong employee relations knowledge.
Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence managers.
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
