HR Advisor/Manager 
Ipswich 
35hours a week, 1/2 days onsite 
Free Parking 
£40,000per annum 

Pure are supporting a national commerical business with the recruitment of a HR Advisor to support them for a minium of 2months however this could be an ongoing assignment. 

This is a generalist Advisory role covering;

Managing all aspects of employee relations, primarily providing advice and guidance to line managers with any queries
Support disciplinary, grievance and capability processes: prepare documentation, attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
Coordinate recruitment activities: advertise roles, shortlist, arrange interviews, conduct inductions and perform right‑to‑work checks.
Maintain HR records and systems; produce regular reports and keep job descriptions and policy documents up to date.The role is working as part of a great HR team, they are looking for an experienced HR Advisor, who is available to start quickly and who has a strong generalist background and good knowledge of UK employment law. 
 
CIPD level 5 would be an advantage but not essential
