The Culture The business has grown significantly while maintaining the close-knit culture that has been central to its success. People are known by name, not employee number. Leadership remains approachable, communication is open and employees are genuinely valued for their contribution. The company prides itself on building long-term relationships, embracing new challenges and supporting continuous improvement at every level. Trust, teamwork, accountability and personal development are at the heart of the business. As HR Manager, you'll play a key role in protecting and strengthening this culture whilst helping prepare the organisation for its next phase of growth. Why Apply? This is far more than a standard HR Management position. You'll have the opportunity to establish and develop the HR function, influence company culture, support business growth and become a trusted partner to both leadership and employees.
