Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is looking for their next opportunity and a role where they can really make a difference.

We are recruiting for a leading HR consultancy based in West Yorkshire, our client provides expert, practical advice and documentation to help businesses manage their people effectively and compliantly.

Their approach is professional, client-focused, and collaborative, with an emphasis on creating healthy, productive workplace cultures.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and capable HR Consultant with strong employment law knowledge to join an established and highly respected consultancy team.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing telephone and email advice to clients on HR and employment law issues.

Acting as the main consultant across a portfolio of clients
Preparing and reviewing documentation such as employment contracts, policies, procedures, and handbooks.
Delivering and on-site support for HR actions including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies and TUPE.
Designing and delivering training sessions, webinars and seminars.
Producing client communications, updates, and HR guidance materials.
Supporting employment tribunal preparation where necessary.
Keeping up to date with employment legislation and best practice.This is a varied and rewarding consultancy role that offers real scope to build strong client relationships and deliver meaningful impact

About You:

We are looking for a professional, credible HR generalist with a good understanding of employment law and a genuine passion for client service.

Skills & Knowledge: 

Proven experience within a senior HR role
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law 
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
