Secondary Humanities Teacher (History/ Geography/ RE)

Stockport | ️ Long-Term Opportunity |  £170–£250 per day

Are you a passionate and inspiring Humanities Teacher looking for your next exciting opportunity?

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected secondary school in Stockport for a talented Humanities Teacher to teach a combination of History, Geography and Religious Education. This is a long-term position with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.

The Role

Full-time Humanities Teacher

Teach History/ Geography/ RE across Key Stages 3 and 4

Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that motivate and challenge students

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Assess, monitor and support student progress

Work collaboratively within a supportive Humanities department

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching one or more Humanities subjects at secondary level

Ability to teach across History, Geography and/or Religious Education

Strong classroom management skills

A passion for inspiring young people and raising achievement

Commitment to delivering engaging and high-quality lessons
