Salary: £172.89 - £200 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school in the Pontypridd area who are looking to appoint an ICT Teacher. The school is committed to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential, supported by a dedicated leadership team and strong community ethos.

The school is looking to take on an enthusiastic ICT Teacher on a long-term temporary basis with an immediate start available. The successful ICT Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging ICT lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, and supporting students to achieve their academic goals.

The successful ICT Teacher will have:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

• Experience teaching ICT within a UK secondary school

• Strong knowledge of the ICT curriculum up to Key Stage 4

• Excellent classroom management skills

• The ability to plan and deliver engaging ICT lessons

• A positive, adaptable and proactive approach to teaching
