Internal Account Support - £34,000pa - Poole, Dorset Permanent role, Free lunch on a Friday, Birthday vouchers 

We're looking for an Internal Account Support to join an office in Poole, Dorset. This permanent, full-time role (40 hours/week) offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with excellent career development opportunities.

Providing frontline customer support, understanding order fulfilment, and resolving issues quickly
Managing and responding to delivery queries via phone and email
Handling customer orders from receipt to processing, using ERP, CRM, Excel, and Smartsheet
Coordinating goods in and working closely with purchasing and fulfilment teams
Booking transport to 3PL locations efficiently, considering vehicle sizes and routes
Preparing paperwork for internal processes and exports
Monitoring and managing stock at 3PL locations, validating reports, and recommending actions
Booking freight within approved allowancesWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution environments

Experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain support
Strong data analysis and forecasting skills
Experience using ERP systems and databases
