We're recruiting for an Internal Account Support Team Leader in Poole, Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role, where you'll shape team performance, improve processes, and play a key role in delivering a consistently high level of service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

As Internal Account Support Team Leader, you'll lead from the front and ensure your team delivers consistently high standards:

Lead, motivate, and develop the Internal Account Support team
Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching, and performance reviews
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance and processes
Oversee escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution
Manage workload across the team to maintain service levels
Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams
Support order processing and ensure smooth day-to-day account handling
This is a "lead from the front" role, combining people management with operational involvement.

What we're looking for:

To succeed as Internal Account Support Team Leader, you'll bring strong leadership and operational experience:

Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong background in customer service, account support, or internal sales
Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and performance metrics
Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and develop others
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and adapt
