Account Manager
Salary: £28,000 – £29,000 + uncapped commission
Realistic first-year earnings: £5,000–£10,000 commission
Contract: Full-time

We’re looking for a warm, commercially minded Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients — strengthening relationships, driving renewals, and identifying growth opportunities along the way.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys owning client outcomes, running confident commercial conversations, and making things happen by working closely with delivery and data teams.

What you’ll be doing:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for your client portfolio, ensuring delivery satisfaction while maximising retention and revenue growth.
You’ll:
* Build trusted, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
* Own client retention and renewal conversations, driving positive commercial outcomes
* Deliver regular performance reviews and reporting that clearly demonstrate value
* Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, working closely with Sales and Delivery
* Coordinate internal teams to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
* Create and maintain clear account plans, roadmaps, and Salesforce records
* Proactively manage issues and escalations, bringing them to resolution quickly

* 12–24 months’ experience in B2B sales, account management, or 360 recruitment
* A strong commercial mindset with the ability to read data and make recommendations
* Experience owning retention targets and renewal discussions
* Highly organised, with excellent communication skills
* Salesforce experience and basic data/analysis skills are a plus
* Empathetic, proactive, and solutions-focused
