Internal Sales Executive
Location: Runcorn, WA7
Salary: £28k DOE
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Internal Sales Executive to join a growing manufacturing business based in Runcorn (WA7). This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a proactive, results-driven internal sales team in a modern office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  * Generate, negotiate, and send customer quotations

  * Maintain and update the customer database

  * Track sales activities and follow up on outstanding quotes

  * Identify and research potential customers via cold calls and follow-up emails

  * Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to develop sales opportunities

  * Build rapport with both prospects and existing customers

  * Develop long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business

  * Promote and upsell company products and services

Ideal Candidate

  * Strong customer service and communication skills

  * Experience using Sage 200 and SAP is highly desirable

  * Organised, self-motivated, and proactive in following up sales leads
