📍 Location: County Hall, Chichester, PO19 1RQ (Hybrid Working)
💰 Pay: Up to £25.00 per hour
🕒 Hours: 37 Hours per Week | Monday to Friday
📅 Contract: 6 Months

Current Vacancies

Service Desk Manager

£25.00 per hour

Lead the day-to-day operation of a busy Technology Services Service Desk across L1, L2 and L3 support teams.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading Service Desk operations

Managing service quality and customer experience

Workforce planning and rota management

Incident, request and knowledge management

Major incident support

Performance reporting and continual service improvement

Working closely with technical teams and third-party suppliers

We're looking for:

Previous Service Desk or IT Operations management experience

Strong leadership and people management skills

ITIL Service Management experience

Experience with ITSM platforms such as Halo, ServiceNow or Ivanti

Senior Systems Support Analyst / Team Leader

£18.84 per hour

You'll act as the senior technical escalation point, supporting complex incidents whilst mentoring Service Desk colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

Technical leadership across the Service Desk

Major incident support

Root cause analysis

Problem Management

Knowledge Management

Mentoring L1 & L2 engineers

Working with infrastructure teams and third-party suppliers

We're looking for:

Strong Microsoft 365, Windows and Active Directory experience

Previous experience resolving complex technical issues

Experience within IT Service Desk or IT Operations

ITSM experience (Halo, ServiceNow, Ivanti or similar)

Systems Support Analyst

Responsibilities include:

First-line IT support

Incident and Service Request Management

User account administration

Access management

Customer support

Technical troubleshooting

Maintaining accurate ITSM records

We're looking for:

Previous IT Service Desk or Helpdesk experience

Excellent customer service skills

Strong troubleshooting ability

Experience using ITSM systems

A proactive and customer-focused approach

What You'll Need

Previous IT Service Desk or Technical Support experience

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving ability

Experience working within an ITIL environment is advantageous

Experience with Halo, ServiceNow, Ivanti or similar ITSM platforms is desirable

Working Arrangements

Hybrid working available

Initial office attendance required for training

Monday to Friday

37 hours per week

6-month contract
