Location: UK Wide (Remote / Home Based)
Salary: £14 - £19 per hour (£27,300 - £37,050 equivalent)

Vita CV is hiring on behalf of our client, an internal IT function supporting remote users, hardware, access, and day-to-day technical issues.
This is a UK-wide remote opportunity for a IT Support Technician who can work independently, stay organised, and contribute reliably within a structured home-based setup.
About the Role:
You will provide remote technical support to users across devices, access, systems, and day-to-day troubleshooting requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle technical issues related to hardware, software, access, and remote user support
Log, prioritise, and resolve tickets within agreed service levels
Support user setup, account permissions, and troubleshooting across common tools
Maintain accurate ticket notes and resolution records
Escalate more complex issues to second-line or specialist teams where required
Assist with device, account, or software deployment activity
Help maintain a smooth and reliable user support experience
What We’re Looking For:
Relevant experience in software, front-end, IT support, or technical operations
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Confidence using relevant tools, platforms, or programming languages
Ability to manage technical work independently and communicate clearly
Structured approach to documentation and follow-through
Comfortable working in a remote environment

Experience with ticketing tools, version control, or agile delivery
