Job Description

Job Title: Junior Project Controller

Location: Bristol (2-3 days a week onsite)

Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is growing fast and looking for enthusiastic, motivated Project Controllers and Planners to join their expanding Project Control function.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of a team that helps keep projects on track, ensuring they deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Typical responsibilities include:

    Supporting project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking

  * 

    Helping assess project health, risks, and opportunities

  * 

    Managing project baselines and change control

  * 

    Validating cost forecasts and performance data

  * 

    Assisting with schedule risk analysis and earned value management

  * 

    Contributing to bids and new business activities

  * You’ll work closely with experienced project managers and technical specialists, learning how complex defence projects are delivered from start to finish.

About You

  * Some knowledge or experience with tools like Primavera, SAP, or Oracle Unifier would be great — but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
