The Role

The school is seeking a committed KS3 Teacher capable of delivering a broad range of subjects across the Key Stage 3 curriculum. You will:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support a range of needs and abilities
Deliver across all KS3 subjects, adapting learning to meet the needs of the pupils
Build positive relationships and use consistent, supportive behaviour strategies
Work closely with support staff, pastoral teams and parents
Assess progress, provide feedback and adjust teaching where necessary
Contribute to enrichment opportunities, school trips and wider school life 

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong teaching practice with the confidence to deliver multiple subjects
Experience with SEND or additional needs is beneficial but not essential
A positive, flexible and empathetic teaching style
Strong communication and the ability to work collaboratively
