Salary: £32,916 -£45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications).

Heart of Supply is excited to be recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to support our wonderful partner schools in Bourne and the surrounding villages from January 2026.
This flexible opportunity includes a combination of daily cover, short-term placements, and longer-term roles across EYFS, KS1 or KS2. You’ll work across a selection of welcoming Bourne schools, delivering engaging learning experiences, following clear planning, and ensuring pupils feel supported and motivated when their usual teacher is unavailable.

What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
* A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
* The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
* Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
* A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK
