Laser Operator
Location: Lincoln
Pay: £16.50 per hour (PAYE) / £22.30 per hour (Umbrella)
Shifts: Rotating - 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am
Pre-employment: Medical check required

Search are recruiting for this position on behalf of our client.

We're looking for an experienced Laser Operator to join a leading precision engineering team in Lincoln. You'll be responsible for setting up and operating 5-Axis Fibre and NDYAG lasers to produce high-quality components for a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Fibre and NDYAG 5-Axis lasers.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
Perform routine maintenance and support continuous production.
Work safely and keep accurate production records.What We're Looking For:

Level 3 apprenticeship or NVQ/technical certificate in engineering (preferred).
Proven experience as a Laser Operator in manufacturing.
Skilled in Heidenhain controls and working with nickel alloys.
