LCV Service Advisor – Dagenham

£32,000 - £42,000 per annum (including bonus)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced LCV Service Advisor to join a busy and successful commercial vehicle dealership in Dagenham.

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with experience in the commercial vehicle sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with fantastic earning potential and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Welcoming customers and managing their light commercial vehicle service and repair requirements.

  * 

    Booking LCVs in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.

  * 

    Liaising closely with the workshop to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on time.

  * 

    Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.

  * 

    Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments.

  * 

    Maximising service department opportunities while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

  * 

    Ensuring all manufacturer and dealership processes are followed.

The Ideal Candidate

  * 

    Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within the commercial vehicle or motor trade sector.

  * 

    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  * 

    Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.

  * 

    A professional, proactive and team-focused attitude.

  * 

    Good IT and administrative skills.

  * 

    Full UK driving licence preferred.
