With a strong commitment to resident-focused services, sustainable communities and high standards of property management, they are building a modern housing organisation designed to deliver exceptional services as they expand. 
As part of this growth, they are looking for a Housing Manager specialising in Leasehold and Shared Ownership to play a key role in managing their growing portfolio.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality housing and leasehold management service, acting as the key contact for leaseholders, shared owners and residents across a mixed-tenure portfolio.
Working closely with residents, contractors and internal teams, you’ll ensure estates and buildings are well managed, compliant and delivering the standards residents expect.

Key Focus Areas

Managing relationships with leaseholders and shared owners
Providing advice on leases, service charges and housing responsibilities
Coordinating repairs, maintenance and estate services
Ensuring compliance, service delivery and resident satisfaction
