Brook Street is working with an established law firm in Swansea that is seeking a Legal Secretary on a Full-Time, Permanent basis.

Main duties:

To support with legal administration function.
To occasionally support receptionist duties in times of absence.
To make and take phone calls related to legal secretary role.
To ensure efficient process of work within agreed priorities and timescales.Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience (Desired):

Experience Law firm or Legal Services

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
