An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming nursery in Hemel Hempstead. Working alongside an experienced Early Years team, you will play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences that help children build confidence, develop independence, and reach their full potential in the education and training environment.

Position: Level 2 Nursery Teaching Assistant

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: £465-£500 per week

Start Date: Immediate or September

Key Responsibilities

Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Plan and deliver engaging play-based activities that encourage curiosity and creativity.
Support children's communication, language, literacy, numeracy, and social development.
Promote confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating nursery environment.
Work closely with experienced Early Years practitioners to meet each child's individual needs and developmental goals. 

The ideal candidate will have:

A Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, or Early Years setting.
A genuine passion for supporting young children's education and development.
A caring, reliable, and professional approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to commute to Hemel Hempstead.
