Job Description

Aspire People are seeking a motivated **Level 2 Teaching Assistant** to join a primary school team supporting **KS2 pupils**. The successful candidate will provide essential support to teachers and help pupils achieve their academic potential while fostering confidence and independence.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supporting individual pupils and small groups with classwork
* Assisting with planning and preparing classroom activities
* Implementing intervention strategies to support learning needs
* Monitoring and recording pupil progress, reporting to teachers
* Supporting pupils with SEMH needs or behavioural challenges
* Encouraging positive social and emotional development

**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Experience working in KS2 classroom settings
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment
