Level 2 Teaching Assistant - EYFS & Early Development Support**

Aspire People are seeking a caring and motivated **Level 2 Teaching Assistant** to support within an **EYFS setting**, working with Nursery and Reception-aged children during their early stages of development.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in childcare, nurseries, or school settings who enjoys working in a **play-based, nurturing environment**.

**The Role:**
* Supporting children in EYFS through play-based learning activities
* Assisting with early phonics, communication, and numeracy development
* Supporting children with routines, transitions, and emotional regulation

**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or childcare/nursery experience
