Pay:£21,575.00 - £21,968.00 per year Job description: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – North East Location: South Tyneside Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only Start Date: As soon as possible We are working in partnership with a welcoming Early Years setting, and invite applications for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner. Your Role As an Early Years Practitioner you will contribute to delivering high-quality education and care for children aged from infancy through to school-age within a dynamic centre. You will help build structured, nurturing learning experiences, promoting children’s welfare, development and readiness for school. Key Responsibilities Work across age phases (babies, toddlers, pre-school, reception) to support teaching, learning and wellbeing. Plan and implement engaging play-based and structured activities that excite and challenge children. Monitor, record and review children’s progress and ensure continuity of learning Maintain a safe and welcoming environment in line with safeguarding and welfare regulations. Collaborate with colleagues, contribute to curriculum planning and support transitions into school.What We’re Looking For Proven experience working in Early Years or Nursery settings. A sound understanding of child development from 0-5 years and ability to adapt to multiple age phases. Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Commitment to promoting children’s welfare and achieving high standards of care. Relevant qualification (for example Level 3 in Early Years) or willingness to work toward one.Why Work with Education World?
