About the Role

We're recruiting Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistants for a range of flexible opportunities across Southampton, including:

Long-term placements
Short-term cover
Day-to-day supply workWhat You'll Be Doing

Supporting childrens learning and development through play
Creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment
Working closely with nursery teams to deliver high-quality care
Building positive relationships with children, staff and families
Following safeguarding and EYFS guidelinesWhat We're Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
A nurturing, proactive and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and a genuine passion for Early Years education
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)What You'll Receive
