Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Chelmsford | Immediate Start | Long-Term Opportunity

We are working with a lovely, well-established nursery in Chelmsford that is looking for a passionate and caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team as soon as possible.

The Role:

Supporting children in line with the EYFS framework
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Encouraging learning through play and exploration
Supporting children’s development, confidence, and wellbeing
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
Has experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Is warm, patient, and enthusiastic
Has a genuine passion for early years development
Works well as part of a team and brings a positive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
