The Role - Level 3 Primary School Teaching Assistant

As part of the school's support team, you will:
 * Provide high-quality classroom support under the direction of the class teacher

 * Assist in planning and preparing engaging learning activities
 * Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusivity at all times
 * Work collaboratively with teachers, parents and external professionals

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have:
 * A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) - essential
 * Experience working with primary-aged pupils within a school or childcare setting
 * A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and learning strategies
 * Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills
 * A caring, patient, outgoing and proactive approach to supporting young learners
