M&E Commissioning Manager
Oxfordshire

M&E Commissioning Manager required working for a national client on projects in excess of £50m. This M&E Commissioning Manager role is a new opportunity due to steady growth and a successful M&E team who work hard to achieve project delivery.

This M&E Commissioning Manager needs to have in-depth experience working on a variety of M&E projects and must have a minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience within the building services sector. You must have a methodical approach to the planning and sequencing of commissioning activities within a critical path. Be aware of precursors and pre-commissioning requirements for each system within the stream to ensure that systems are set to work in a logical and efficient manner.

You will be responsible for:

1 - Design review for Commission-ability.
2 - Manage the commissioning sub-contractors
3 - Managing close out of commissioning issues.
4 - Commissioning plans, pre-plan and documents
5 - Full involvement with the M&E commissioning stages at pre-construction phase
6 - Training Plans and manuals
7 - Testing and Commissioning Programmes
8 - Handover Document
9 - Attend all construction related relevant meetings

£450 - £475 day rate

6-12 m month contract
