Leeds City Centre (on site)

The Role

This is the ideal opportunity for a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who loves social media, video production and varied digital tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

	*    Create and publish digital content across social platforms
	*    Support client campaigns with creative input and execution
	*    Film, edit and produce short-form video content
	*    Design graphics, social posts and marketing assets
	*    Contribute ideas for campaigns, branding and studio content
	*    Assist with SEO, PPC and general digital marketing tasks
	*    Collaborate closely with the MD and wider team
	*    Represent the brand with creativity, energy and enthusiasm

Weekend Work Transparency

Occasional weekend work may be required for podcast studio bookings or content shoots, but you’ll always receive a weekday off in lieu. Weekend shifts are fairly shared across the team, including the MD, and as the studio grows, part-time staff will take over these sessions.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who loves digital marketing and content creation. Passion, creativity and curiosity matter just as much as experience. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy experimenting with ideas, staying on top of social trends, and growing your skills within a supportive team. About you:

	*    A genuine interest in social, video and digital content
	*    Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
	*    Ability to create content for Reels, TikTok, Shorts
	*    Strong written and verbal communication
	*    Creativity, enthusiasm and attention to detail
	*    A positive, proactive approach

Nice-to-Haves:

	*    Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
	*    Basic SEO or PPC knowledge
	*    Confidence on camera
	*    Experience managing social channels
