Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge in the dynamic world of Financial Technology? Our client, a global leader in payment solutions, is seeking a talented Marketing Sourcing Manager to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 months. With a competitive salary starting at £65,000pa, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

Location: Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Halifax, or Leeds (Hybrid: Office-based a minimum of 2 days a week)

Contract Type: 6 months
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm)

Key Responsibilities:
As the Marketing Sourcing Manager, you will be instrumental in:

Developing and implementing category strategies and sourcing activities.
Managing supplier relationships to drive costs down and deliver maximum value.
Providing professional expertise and advice to stakeholders to promote sourcing best practises.
Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance with sourcing policies.
Collaborating across teams to implement effective supplier governance.What You'll Bring:
We're looking for candidates with:

Experience in marketing sourcing and a working knowledge of SAP Ariba.
Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.
A knack for project management and peer mentoring.
Attention to detail, prioritisation, and adaptability.
