About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Mechanical Site Manager to oversee mechanical installations on a large-scale commercial construction project. You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Mechanical Site Manager Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Manage and coordinate all mechanical works on site (HVAC, plumbing, pipework, etc.)

  * 

    Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications

  * 

    Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management

  * 

    Ensure all health & safety regulations are strictly followed on site

  * 

    Conduct site inspections and quality control checks

  * 

    Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently

  * 

    Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and stakeholders

  * 

    Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation

Mechanical Site Manager Requirements

  * 

    Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial projects

  * 

    Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation processes

  * 

    SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification

  * 

    CSCS card (relevant level)

  * 

    Excellent leadership and communication skills

  * 

    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

  * 

    Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
