Job Description

We are looking for a main contractor’s Site Manager to act as a stand-alone number one on a £2m refurbishment of the multistorey car park in Tonbridge, Kent.
Noted for its stable business model of working with blue chip clients and maintaining a close-knit team, boasting staff turnover as low as 1.8% and an average length of service of 17 years, our client is the ideal employer for construction professionals looking for long term, sustainable career development. The Opportunity
  * Long term, stable career development with a profitable, highly respected, management and staff-owned main contractor with ambitious growth plans.
  * A varied forward pipeline of profitable new build and refurb projects exclusively located within southeast London and north Kent.
Candidate Essentials
  * A stable career record of long periods of employment and multiple projects with the same main contractor.
  * NVQ Level 6, BEng, or BSc Construction Management qualified.
  * Black CSCS Card and SMSTS.
