Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Multi-Trade Supervisor to oversee maintenance and refurbishment works across a portfolio of social housing properties throughout the Midlands. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with a strong trade background and proven experience managing teams on-site. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate a team of multi-trade operatives (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and general maintenance) * Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget * Carry out site inspections, quality checks, and health & safety audits * Plan and schedule works, materials, and labour efficiently * Act as the main point of contact between operatives, tenants, and management * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies * Support with reporting, job tracking, and performance monitoring About You * Proven experience in a supervisory role within social housing or property maintenance * Strong multi-trade background (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, or general building) * Good understanding of health & safety regulations * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively * Full UK driving licence (essential) What We Offer * Competitive salary of £40,000 – £45,000 * Company vehicle or car allowance * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Pension scheme * Opportunities for progression within a growing organisation How to Apply If you’re a proactive supervisor with a strong trade background looking for your next challenge in social housing, we’d love to hear from you.
