Are you an inspirational leader with a passion for delivering exceptional early years education? We are seeking a highly motivated Nursery Manager to lead our thriving, well-established setting, caring for over 120 children and supported by a dedicated team of more than 45 staff members. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is ready to make a meaningful impact within a large, vibrant nursery environment.

As our Nursery Manager, you will not be office-based or included in ratios, allowing you the freedom to focus on what truly matters: elevating staff practice, enhancing the quality of teaching and learning, and ensuring that our environment provides the best possible outcomes for children. You will work closely with room leaders, practitioners, and the wider leadership team to inspire excellence, implement high-quality provision, and nurture a positive, collaborative culture.

We are looking for a Nursery Manager who is confident, organised, and proactive, with strong leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting professional development, maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements, and championing a child-centred approach throughout the setting.

The successful Nursery Manager will bring a deep understanding of the EYFS, proven experience within a senior early years role, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. You will have the autonomy to shape practice, guide the team, and ensure our provision remains innovative, nurturing, and engaging.
