About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Manager to lead our well-established care home in Macclesfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to take full responsibility for the operational, clinical, and financial performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements
* Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care for all residents
* Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively
* Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
* Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent inspection outcomes

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or in a similar leadership role
* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
