Are you an a Office Manager looking for work in a school environment?
It is ADVANTAGEOUS that applicants have some strong management and compliance operations experience and be proficient on SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM.
You MUST BE willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and between the hours of 8:00am & 4:30pm.
There will be full time and part time positions available throughout the school year and there may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the school you work at, although this is not guaranteed.
As a Office Manager your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
« Oversee daily admin
« Liaise with the Head Teacher and school
« Manage staff and systems
« Create a positive environment for everyone
« Ensuring smooth compliance
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS THAT WILL BE PROCESSED BY US BUT COME AT A COST OF £56 (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE REGISTERED ON THE UPDATE SERVICE).
