Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of compliance and reporting services within the UK property sector, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to oversee national client relationships and lead a growing operations team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, tech-confident, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Manage and develop national client relationships

  * 

    Lead client onboarding and ongoing service delivery

  * 

    Support and develop the internal operations team

  * 

    Resolve issues quickly and ensure SLAs are met

  * 

    Improve processes and maintain high-quality reporting standards

  * 

    Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts

What We’re Looking For

  * 

    Strong people manager with proven customer success or operations experience

  * 

    Excellent communicator (phone, email, face-to-face)

  * 

    Problem-solver who can work under pressure

  * 

    Highly organised, process-driven, and confident using technology/CRM systems

  * 

    Experience in the property sector or high-volume service environment is advantageous
