Out of School Club Manager

Location: Harwood, Bolton (BL2)
 Contract: Permanent | Term Time
 Hours: Monday-Friday

7:30am-10:00am & 3:00pm-6:00pm
 (flexibility available: 7:30am-9:00am & 2:00pm-6:00pm)
 Start Date: ASAPA well-regarded Primary School in Harwood, Bolton is looking to appoint an organised and enthusiastic Out of School Club Manager to lead their wraparound provision. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a key part of the school community, ensuring children have a safe, enjoyable and structured environment before and after the school day.

Your Role

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the club, ensuring sessions are engaging, well-organised and meet the needs of all children attending.

Day-to-day duties will include:

Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities
Supervising children during breakfast and after-school sessions
Managing registers, routines and safeguarding procedures
Leading the club environment and supporting any additional staff
Communicating effectively with parents and school staff
Maintaining high standards of health, safety and care

What You'll Bring

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
Previous experience working with children
Confidence in leading activities and managing groups
Strong organisational and communication skills
A positive, reliable and proactive attitude
Leadership or supervisory experience (desirable, not essential)
