Job Description

Outbound Customer Service Advisor (LEAD QUALIFICATION NOT DIRECT SALES)
£25,000 Basic £28,000 - £30,000 OTE Temp to Perm
Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
Leicester – OFFICE BASED

Then this is the role for you!  We are currently recruiting for an Renewables Business who is looking to bring in reliable friendly people into the business to qualify leads, these leads come through warm marking channels and are genuinely interested in the products.
 
So, what would you be doing?
-        Making outbound calls to warm leads
-        Qualifying information
-        Booking meetings & home visits
-        Updating CRM systems
 
And what do you get?
-        Nice office hours
-        Commission on all sign ups (£50 per sign up)
-        Permanent role after 13 weeks
-        Full training & development
 
But what experience do you need?
-        Prior customer service experience (Phone based is desirable but not essential)
-        Full computer literacy
-        Confidence to speak to warm leads
