Property Paralegal / Legal Secretary

The Role

Providing administrative and legal support to fee earners within the property team
Assisting with residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion
Preparing legal documents, contracts and correspondence
Opening and closing client files and maintaining accurate records
Conducting property searches and liaising with clients, estate agents and third parties
Managing diaries, arranging meetings and handling client enquiries
Supporting the team with post-completion work and Land Registry submissionsRequirements

Previous experience as a Property Paralegal or Legal Secretary within a law firm

Experience in residential and/or commercial property matters

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Excellent communication and client care abilities

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

A proactive and team-focused approach
