Part-Time Practice Bookkeeper | Aylesbury | 30 hours per week | Permanent Salary: up to 35k DOE  (Pro-Rata)

 A growing bookkeeping firm in Aylesbury is looking for a part-time Practice Bookkeeper to support a varied portfolio of SME clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys tidy records, clear deadlines, and working across multiple businesses rather than being tied to just one.

 The role You’ll support day-to-day bookkeeping and keep client records accurate and up to date.

 Key duties include:

Bookkeeping using cloud accounting software
Bank reconciliations and maintaining clean ledgers
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Handling client queries and chasing information when needed
Supporting the team with ad-hoc bookkeeping/admin tasks during busy periodsWhat we’re looking for
Practice-based or multi-client bookkeeping experience
Comfortable using cloud accounting software and Excel
VAT return experience
Strong attention to detail and reliable deadline management
Professional, clear communication with clientsWhat’s on offer
30 hours per week (part-time, permanent)
A friendly, stable team environment
Varied client work and consistent workload
