Achieve individual KPIs to support the centre’s overall sales targets
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls (approximately 100 per day) efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts availability, pricing, and lead times
Identify and maximise sales opportunities within the customer base
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments
Develop and sustain excellent relationships with key customers through regular communication and face-to-face visits
Ensure accurate documentation of transactions and order processing
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and sales management to support team objectives
Handle all customer enquiries professionally, delivering high customer service standardsRequirements of the Parts Sales Executive:

Proven track record in parts sales within the motor trade, preferably with trade parts knowledge
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone manner
Target-oriented and motivated to surpass sales goals
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
IT literacy, particularly with MS Excel and dealership management systems
