We're looking for a Junior Payroll Administrator who’s enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where you’ll gain hands-on experience and develop the skills needed to accelerate your payroll career.

What You’ll Be Doing:



Assisting with the processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls across a variety of clients and contractor payrolls.

Supporting the team with data input, payroll calculations, and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Helping to resolve basic payroll queries from employees and clients, escalating more complex issues as needed.

Learning how to stay compliant with payroll legislation including PAYE, NI, RTI, and pension contributions.

Working closely with experienced payroll professionals who will help train and mentor you as you grow in the role.

What We’re Looking For:

Some previous exposure to payroll (e.g. work experience, internship, admin role) is desirable, but a strong desire to learn is most important.

Confidence using Excel and good general IT skills.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential information with care.

A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in developing a career in payroll.

Bonus if you’re studying towards or interested in pursuing a CIPP qualification in the future.
