Make an Impact at RSM UK We are currently seeking a Payroll Executive to join our team in Chester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in a hybrid working capacity. You’ll make an impact by: * Ensuring accurate and timely payroll end-to-end production for various clients in accordance with statutory regulations within payroll deadlines and requirements * Servicing multiple clients as part of a team effort to deliver excellent service to our clients by actively engaging in Client Surveys, KAM and internal audits * Contributing to your team's growth by actively seeking new opportunities with your client base including HR services, People Manager and Hot Topic Items * Ensuring you have up to date knowledge of statutory and legislative regulations by attending in-house training courses * Generating payroll reports, P45s etc., using our in-house systems and Microsoft Excel * Submitting reports to HMRC via RTI * Managing client billing * Completing any other ad hoc duties as required What we are looking for: * Practical experience of payroll calculations, deadlines & knowledge of UK legislation requirements * Strong numerical abilities & proven experience in MS Office, particularly Excel * Passion for excellent customer service and maintaining quality relationships * Knowledge of month end & year end returns * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with individuals at all levels * Good organisation and prioritisation skills, ensuring stringent deadlines are met * Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail What we can offer you: We recognise that our people are our most important assets.
