Physics Teacher - Northwich School - April 2026

Role Overview

Position: Physics Teacher

Location: Northwich

Start Date: After Easter 2026 (around April)

Employment Type: Full-time

Day rate: £150 to £230 DOE

Recruiter: Academics Ltd (based in Stoke-on-Trent) - School is based in Northwich

Teaching Responsibilities

Teach all 3 sciences at:

KS3 (Key Stage 3)

KS4 (Key Stage 4)

Physics specialist able to teach A-Level (KS5) preferred but not essential.

Requirements

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

UK teaching experience

Physics Teacher to A-Level (preferred)

Experience teaching KS3 & KS4 across different abilities

Use of ICT in the classroom

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding
