About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable Primary Teachers to join our supply pool to provide high-quality teaching on an ad-hoc basis in local schools across Pevensey Bay and nearby areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly while continuing to make a meaningful difference in the classroom.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2, following school lesson plans and policies.

Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment where pupils feel supported and engaged.

Adapt quickly to new school environments, demonstrating professionalism and flexibility.

Uphold school behaviour policies and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Work collaboratively with school staff where required to support children's learning and development.

About You

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Has experience teaching within primary school settings (KS1 and/or KS2).

Confident in managing classrooms and delivering engaging lessons.

Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Adaptable and comfortable working in a variety of school environments.
