Key Responsibilities:
  Support pupils one-to-one or in small groups, boosting their confidence and helping them achieve their best.
  Team up with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to deliver fun, engaging, and meaningful learning.
  Help monitor pupil progress and adapt support as their needs evolve.
  Bring creativity to the classroom with activities that spark curiosity and enthusiasm.
  Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and vibrant school environment where every child feels valued.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  Experience in a primary school or educational setting is mandatory.
  A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and succeed.
  TA qualifications or training are an advantage but not essential.
  A proactive, upbeat, and flexible approach to supporting pupils of all abilities.
  An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
