The Project Coordinator will provide essential support to the Build Team, ensuring all site activities are planned, coordinated, and documented effectively. This role is critical for maintaining smooth operations, meeting client requirements, and keeping projects on schedule. Project Co-ordinator will work along site the Project Engineer on a set amount of sites
Key Deliverables
Site Access & Outage Coordination
- All required site access requests submitted and approved on time.
- Plan and submit outages before build start.
Plant & Equipment Management
- Plant and equipment arranged and delivered to site as per project schedule.
- No delays caused by missing or late equipment.
ETONS Submission
- Accurate and timely submission of ETONS requests.
- Approvals tracked and escalated promptly to avoid project impact.
Document Control
- All project documents uploaded to client and internal systems within agreed timelines.
- Compliance with document standards and version control maintained.
System Updates
- All project trackers and systems kept up to date with the latest information (dependencies, resources, comments).
- No gaps in data that could impact gating calls or handovers.
Communication & Issue Resolution
- Proactive communication with build team and suppliers.
- Issues identified early and resolved to prevent delays.
Reporting
- Provide accurate progress updates to the Project Engineer Build Manager.
- Highlight risks and propose solutions promptly.
Raising Purchase orders and receipting

Responsibilities
Request and manage site access and planned outages to enable timely project delivery.
Arrange plant, equipment, and logistics for build activities.
Coordinate and submit ETONS in line with client requirements.
Upload and maintain accurate documentation on both client and internal systems.
Keep all systems up to date with the latest project information to ensure visibility and smooth handovers.
Track progress and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and third-party suppliers.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role (telecoms or construction preferred).
- Good use of Microsoft functions
- Experience with Site Tracker or similar project management tools
