Project Coordinator – Remote / Hybrid

About the Role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, acting as the central point of coordination across multiple workstreams.

This is a critical delivery role with direct impact on project success.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Coordinate project activities across multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery

·      Maintain project plans, timelines, and tracking documentation

·      Monitor progress and identify risks or delays

·      Support project managers with reporting and stakeholder updates

·      Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and track action points

·      Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date

·      Assist in improving project processes and workflows

What We’re Looking For:

·      Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

·      Strong organisational and time management skills

·      Ability to manage multiple priorities

·      Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination

·      Experience with tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira

·      High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have:

·      Experience in digital, tech, or operations projects

·      Exposure to Agile methodologies
