Project Coordinator

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join their centrally managed resourcing team. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment and enjoys balancing structured processes with creative problem‑solving.

In this position, you'll play a key role in scheduling colleagues across multiple solution areas, ensuring the right people are matched to the right projects at the right time. You'll manage high‑volume scheduling, support large‑scale programmes, and work within internal resource management systems to optimise deployment across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end scheduling for participants engaging with consultants
Coordinate dates, times, and virtual meeting logistics
Prepare for rescheduling needs and maintain service level agreements
Handle large‑group, multi‑step scheduling within tight deadlines
Use trackers to monitor progress and ensure clear communication
Maintain a customer‑centric approach for a seamless participant experience
Prioritise resources and resolve scheduling conflicts
Understand cost implications and support firm‑level profitability
Engage contingent workforce when required
Support onboarding of new colleagues and educate them on scheduling processesWhat We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience in logistics coordination, event planning, staffing, or multi‑calendar management
Exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service focus
Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and effective in a fast‑moving environment
Strong relationship‑building skills across remote and cross‑functional teams
Ability to influence without authority
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
