Key aspects of the role:

Managing a team of Site Managers, Administrators, and subcontractors to ensure the works run smoothly.
Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting the progress of projects.
Primarily surveying a radius of 30 miles of Nottingham.
Working on FM contracts primarily focusing on bar/restaurants refurbishments. 

What you'll need:

Essential:

Previous FM experience
Proven expertise with in managerial positions
UK Driving Licence
SMSTS or equivalent
First Aid at work
